An Ashford adventure

The Snow started falling as we pulled up to the ashford cinema in a frightfully brilliant way as we had traversed roads of wild endeavour, we go to the cinema to watch one of cinematics greatest triumphs for this year yes the punisher is really that good i mean urban free styling Irish building jumpers and a group of african american gangsters made the move especially when consuming one of the nice milkshakes on sale in the cinemas refectory how ever when we emerged the from the cinema all we could see was white

it was f*cking scary, snow was falling every were could the saxo help us escape the wind was blowing strong and outside looked like something out of the north pole, gradually find out way out of the ashfordian labyrinth we slowly found our way till we got to a cross roads the fog was thick in front of us so thick that head lights didnt work do we risk our lives or should we head back into the jaws of ashford and its fleets of madness and horrors that are unimaginable to most people.

We only had one option to proceed there was little chance of us wanting to stay in a hotel of ashford proportions so we headed down the motorways lorries past us by blinding our windows ice was rampent but we gradually escaped with our lives in our hands and a saxo still standing as it eventually navigated its way back to Canterbury

Star Trek TNG Finale All Good things

I have very found memories of this episode from when i was younger despite the fact that i couldn’t understand the science bit and how Picard was causing it although now i think ive got the hang of it just sadly i have to say my meory has a founder of an opinion of this 2 parter than i did when i was watching it the other day when i was snowed in under an avalanche of snow,

Some of the things i like about this episode is the sheer scale of it with the crew from the past including tasha yarr and Cheif ‘ I can fix anything at all god amongst men’ O’Brien back to help in the past then we get to see what we think is a sneak peek of the future of the crew although the subsequent movies would diminish this some what the story line that was built up in this episode i really enjoyed the idea of data becoming some ocford proffesor shame nemisis had to change that nice dream that we were left with, Q once again is brilliant but then again arent al Q Next gen stories fantastic he is the loveable rogue and the whole trial aspect of this episode and who was the only major charecter they seemed to forget about in the finale was wessley lol, and hey this was a damm site better than enterprises finale and Voyagers, i suppose i am being harsh on this episode but it felt like somthing was cheating my memory and i am a bit hurt 😦

some of the things i dont like about this story are the way the Romulans talk such i cant remember the exact quote but they way it was dilivered about starfleet not knowing that the enterprise would be going into the neutral zone was dilivered in such a slap stick way it seemed to loose the moment of the episode also i kept getting confused to who troi was meant to be in love with one moment in the series riker then worf then riker then worf make up your freaking mind troi, the enterprise d with the extra bits attached from the future didnt look that convinicing as if someone just added a random tail to a car although this being riker and the enterprise being his personal ship i imagine him taking the enterprise by him self to risa for some riker sized fun fun fun.
